ERP Business Analyst
Turn how a client actually works into a design the delivery team can build — across finance, supply chain and the public-sector processes we specialise in.

You sit between the client and the delivery team. You map the current process, work out what it needs to become, write the design the consultants and developers build from, and stay close enough to the build to answer the questions it raises.
Much of our work is public sector, which means designs have to satisfy mSCOA, the MFMA and the PFMA as well as the people doing the job. Understanding both is what makes this role worth doing well.
What you will do
- Run requirements workshops and process-mapping sessions
- Document as-is and to-be processes
- Write functional specifications and configuration designs
- Define test cases and support user acceptance testing
- Trace every requirement through to what was delivered
What we are looking for
- Business analysis experience on ERP or financial systems
- A finance, accounting or information-systems qualification
- The ability to write a specification a developer can build from without asking what it means
- Comfort challenging a requirement that will not work
Nice to have
- mSCOA, MFMA or PFMA exposure
- Sage 200 Evolution, Sage X3 or Sage Intacct experience
- A formal BA certification (CBAP, IIBA)
